Applies when a return visit is needed because the property was not ready, an area was inaccessible, requested features were unavailable, or new coverage is requested. Verified photographer or editing errors are corrected without this charge.
- Additional Complex Edits$40
For requests such as object removal or substantial clutter cleanup.
- Travel$1 per additional round-trip mile
Travel is included within 40 miles of Frankfort, Indiana. Mileage beyond that radius is charged for the complete round trip; unusually distant properties may require custom travel pricing.
