Showcase work requires the agent's media invitation and a confirmed compatible capture/delivery workflow. This purchase does not include Showcase placement or guarantee Zillow approval.

Upcharges

  • Return Trip or Client-Requested Reshoot: From $100
    Applies when a return visit is needed because the property was not ready, an area was inaccessible, requested features were unavailable, or new coverage is requested. Verified photographer or editing errors are corrected without this charge.
  • Additional Complex Edits: From $40 per image, quoted before work begins
    For complex editing such as object removal. Extensive cleanup requires a custom quote. Verified photography or editing errors are corrected free.
  • Travel: $1 per additional round-trip mile
    The first 40 one-way driving miles are included from Carmel City Hall, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032. Travel is $1 per excess round-trip driving mile: max(0, round-trip miles - 80). If mapping is unavailable, the travel fee is pending confirmation.
